We are very much looking forward to our Weekend Away in 2027 and hope you can join us!

The cost of the weekend is £262* per adult, £72 for children aged 6-16 and under 6s are free. There is a discount available for those who would find this hard to afford in order to encourage as many people as possible to come along and share good Christian teaching and fellowship as a Church family. If you would like to take advantage of this please speak to Sylvia to get a discount code.

After you specify the number of places you need and fill-in the details for each person, the next screen will give you the option to pay by cash, bank transfer or credit card (in person with Joan or online).

If you select 'Part payments', then you will be able to specify a minimum of 20% as a deposit and pay the rest later.

Please note that you need to pay a 20% deposit now but the full amount needs to be paid by 14 May 2027

Cancellation 

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your booking before the event.  

Please note that we can’t offer refunds above the levels our booking contract allows. The way to a full refund of your booking would be for you to find someone to take your place who would pay the fees. If the weekend is oversubscribed we would try to fill your place from the waiting list and so be able to refund you fully, but we can’t guarantee that.”
